There’s no substitute for great employees. At Sal Paone Builders, we know that our reputation is built on the dedication of our wonderful team of subcontractors and craftsmen. That’s why, despite the storm-related power outages we recently experienced, we made sure our people were paid on time. It was no easy task! We had no office, no phones, no computers and no lights. And, while it would have been easy to say, “we can’t cut checks without power,” that’s not the way we operate. Our office staff pulled together, manually wrote a paycheck to each employee – and made sure the checks were distributed.

We truly appreciate the hands-on work our building team does in bringing the Paone commitment to quality to life. Their incredible skills in carpentry, masonry, roofing and other forms of building expertise make all the difference in creating beautiful homes and happy customers.
