As the most popular place in a home, kitchens  are always top of mind when it comes to what’s trending.  For  2020, it looks like neutral colors and engineered quartz will reign in kitchen remodels.  That’s according to the 2020 U.S. Houzz Kitchen Trends Study.  The study identified six of the most popular style and design preferences from among homeowner’s who had recently given their kitchens a new look.  White, wood or gray cabinets lead the pack, with white and gray also being the predominant choices for countertops and backsplashes.  Engineered quartz was the most popular countertop material, with granite coming in a close second.  Still have laminate?  Might be time for a redo, as laminate comes in as the least popular option.  To see photos of the trendsetters, click here.
