Did you know that Sal Paone Builders received a major award from Montgomery County? We were recognized as a 2012 Montgomery Awards winner! The program acknowledges the high quality of work and commitment of communities, organizations and professionals involved in the planning, design and revitalization of Montgomery County. Sal Paone Builders and our Cold Point Manor community in Whitemarsh Township were honored as “a well-designed townhouse community awarded for extensive collaborative efforts, effective site design and transportation improvements.” Our new Cold Point Village community was built with the same attention to quality – and we’re hoping for a repeat award in 2013!
